Shop Policies

Handmade Designs:  Our handmade soap flowers are pieced together petal by petal. Each flower may vary slightly, as real flowers do. Each part of the process is hand-created, so the color may vary slightly, especially for our hand-painted flowers. 

Shipping:  During the warmer months, we will ship on Mondays, so there is less chance that it ships over the weekend.

Coupons: Our first time subscriber coupon “DELIGHT” is for our retail customers. Other coupons may be used for retail and wholesale, unless otherwise specified. For wholesale, coupons may not be combined with price breaks. 

Returns: Please let us know within 3 days of receiving the product if you are not satisfied.  Thank you!
